We are searching about Project Manager who need to communicate with staff and clients, make decisions and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule. Important responsibilities for a Project Manager include:Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.</li><li>Prepare and manage project schedules, track progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.</li><li>Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.</li><li>Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality of work, and adherence to plans.</li><li>Lead project meetings and maintain clear documentation, including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and progress reports.</li><li>Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the construction process.</li><li>Maintain strong communication with clients and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field</li><li>10+ years of experience in construction project management.</li><li>Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams on multiple construction projects.</li><li>Knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.</li><li>Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Arabic Nationality .</li><li>Have driving license .</li><li>Have UPDA certificate is preferred .</li></ul>Send the CV.
