Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Associate to support our lending operations, documentation processes, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the finance/lending sector and be comfortable handling property-related documents, loan agreements, and legal coordination.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Draft, review, and vet loan agreements, sanction letters, MoUs, term sheets, and related documents.</li><li>Conduct legal due-diligence on borrowers, guarantors, and collateral properties.</li><li>Handle property document verification, title checks, and coordinate with external advocates for legal opinions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with RBI, company law, and other regulatory requirements relevant to lending.</li><li>Manage execution and safe custody of all legal documents and maintain proper records.</li><li>Support the internal recovery team with notices, settlements, NOCs, and follow-up actions when required.</li><li>Liaise with clients, external lawyers, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of legal documentation.</li><li>Monitor renewal, expiry, and validity timelines of agreements.</li></ul>RequirementsEducation<ul><li>LLB is mandatory; LLM preferred.</li><li>Enrollment with Bar Council is an added advantage.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in legal work, preferably with a lending institution, NBFC, or law firm handling finance matters.</li><li>Strong understanding of contract law, civil law, and property-related law.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Excellent drafting and vetting skills.</li><li>Strong knowledge in property verification, search reports, and due-diligence.</li><li>Ability to interpret and explain legal concepts clearly.</li><li>Strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and professionalism.</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Opportunity to work directly with the management team.</li><li>Exposure to high-value lending transactions and diverse industries.</li><li>Fast-growing company with strong professional culture.</li><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;8,545.39 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
