Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and driven Loan Officer Assistant to join our growing mortgage team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to break into the mortgage and real estate industry and build a long-term career.You will work directly with an active mortgage broker and gain hands-on experience in real estate transactions, loan processing, and client management. We provide mentorship, training, and a clear path to becoming a Loan Officer or Processor.If you are organized, a fast communicator, and eager to grow, this role can turn into a long-term career opportunity.Compensation:<ul><li>$15/hour (starting pay)</li><li>+ Closing bonuses per file</li><li>Growth and income potential based on performance</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Follow up with clients via calls, texts, and emails</li><li>Collect and organize required loan documents</li><li>Update and manage CRM (Boldtrail)</li><li>Track loan files and help manage the pipeline (what&rsquo;s missing / what&rsquo;s next)</li><li>Coordinate with processors, title companies, and insurance agents</li><li>Assist with loan applications and file setup</li><li>Pull credit reports (training provided)</li><li>Provide light support with marketing and social media content</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Gain:<ul><li>Real-world experience in the mortgage and real estate industry</li><li>Direct mentorship from an active mortgage broker</li><li>Exposure to real deals, clients, and transactions</li><li>Opportunity to grow into a Loan Officer, Processor, or Operations role</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Strong communication skills (must be responsive and proactive)</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Comfortable speaking on the phone with clients</li><li>Coachable and willing to learn</li><li>Strong work ethic and positive attitude</li><li>Desire to grow within the mortgage/real estate industry</li></ul>Preferred (Not Required):<ul><li>Experience in real estate, mortgage, or sales</li><li>CRM experience (Follow Up Boss or similar)</li><li>Social media/marketing skills (huge plus for lead generation)</li></ul>Ideal Candidate:We are looking for someone who is loyal, hungry to learn, and wants to grow long-term.
