Job Overview</div><div>
The Assistant Manager - Finance will oversee financial reporting, tax compliance, statutory governance, and operational finance activities.</div><div>
Reporting to the Finance Director, this role ensures adherence to IND AS and Indian tax regulations while aligning with global accounting standards. The position will also drive ERP implementations and process enhancements to support efficient, scalable, and compliant finance operations.</div><div></div><div>
Key Responsibilities</div><ul><li><div>
Prepare and review IND AS&ndash;compliant financial statements, including notes to accounts, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and GL schedules.</div></li><li><div>
Manage all direct and indirect tax compliance: corporate tax filings, transfer pricing documentation, GST, SEZ compliance, TDS, and ROC filings.</div></li><li><div>
Lead internal, statutory, and SOX audits by coordinating with auditors, addressing observations, and strengthening internal controls.</div></li><li><div>
Oversee treasury operations including cash flow management, liquidity planning, intercompany receivables, vendor payments, and payroll accounting.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with the company secretary to prepare board meeting materials and stakeholder reports with clear KPI narratives.</div></li><li><div>
Lead ERP implementation projects to automate and standardize financial reporting and processes across entities.</div></li><li><div>
Drive continuous improvements in financial processes, reporting systems, and internal controls for greater efficiency and accuracy.</div></li><li><div>
Monitor regulatory changes in finance and taxation and implement required adjustments in processes or reporting.</div></li><li><div>
Partner with cross-functional teams (Admin, HR, Business Operations) to ensure adherence to finance policies and controls.</div></li><li><div>
Facilitate effective communication between global and local finance teams to ensure transparency and consistency.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Qualifications &amp; Skills</div><ul><li><div>
CA Completed or equivalent qualification preferred.</div></li><li><div>
Experience in corporate finance, taxation, and compliance, preferably within a multinational or GCC environment.</div></li><li><div>
Strong knowledge of IND AS, Income Tax compliance, transfer pricing, GST, SEZ regulations, and statutory filings.</div></li><li><div>
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and financial modeling.</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrated experience in ERP implementation and process automation.</div></li><li><div>
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across global teams.</div></li><li><div>
Proactive approach to regulatory updates and continuous process improvement.</div></li></ul><div>

The Analyst Relations Specialist/Manager is part of the Product Marketing team reporting to the Analyst &amp; Influencer Relation Program leader and is responsible for helping expand and grow a high-impact program that directs key market influencers and generates awareness for Manhattan Associates and its solutions. Key areas of focus include cultivating and developing influencer relationships, driving thought leadership programs, and reinforcing Manhattan Associates&rsquo; brand. The Analyst Relations Specialist/Manager should have a strong market research, communications, data analysis, and competitive positioning background.</div><div></div><div>
Principal Duties and Responsibilities</div><ul><li>
The candidate will assume full responsibility for driving the influencer and analyst engagement plan for Manhattan Associates.</li><li>
Create new and foster trusted and meaningful relationships with the analyst community around the globe.</li><li>
Identify the top industry analysts and influencers in each key market and lay out a strategy for updating and engaging individuals based on the tiering.</li><li>
Communicating daily, weekly, and monthly in-person interactions with key global analysts by phone and video.</li><li>
Manage deadlines, deliverables, and participation in key analyst reports with oversight from the Analyst &amp; Influencer Relations program leader</li><li>
Delineate Manhattan&rsquo;s competitive differentiators with frequent iterations of marketing materials leveraged by analysts.</li><li>
Building a portfolio of customer case studies, white papers, and other product-based assets to share with the analyst community</li><li>
Expand Manhattan Share of Voice in Industry Review platforms such as Gartner Peer Insights, G2, and TrustRadius by collaborating with Client Services leaders.</li><li>
Support the Analyst &amp; Influencer Relations program leader to develop a strategic and dynamic analyst database that outlines the most relevant and influential global analysts based on their interactions with international media, financial markets, and customers.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Analyst &amp; Influencer Relations program leader to drive a modern-day strategic analyst relations model. Your week is spent influencing the most important analysts in the marketplace with differentiated key messages.</li><li>
Analyze, measure, and report the effectiveness of analyst assets and engagement on marketing-influenced pipelines and sales cycles.</li><li>
Support product marketing and the Analyst &amp; Influencer Relations program leader with sales and marketing enablement and response guidance to competitive reports</li><li>
Manage administrative tasks within Manhattan&rsquo;s marketing tech stack, including SFDC, Bynder, Marketo, ReqLogic, Teams, Sharepoint, and more</li><li>
