This is an ideal opportunity for retirees, veterans, students, and people needing a job that ties in perfectly with our school year calendar. </li></ul>Location: Eugene Field Early LearningQualifications:<ul><li>High School Diploma/GED.</li><li>Ability to make responsible decisions in accordance with established policies and regulations promptly.</li><li>All USD 383 employees must pass a background check.</li></ul>Salary:<ul><li>$12.00-$14.50/hr.</li><li>Level One Office Professional.</li><li>Placement within this range is based on relevant qualifications, including prior experience, education, and applicable certifications (e.g., bachelor's degree, advanced certification, bilingual proficiency, etc.).</li></ul>Hours Per Day:<ul><li>Elementary hours: 8:00 &ndash; 4:00 p.m.</li><li>Times may vary depending on the building assignment.</li><li>Average workday = 8 hours.</li></ul>Terms of Employment:<ul><li>Position available during the regular school year.</li><li>New employees go through a 45-day introductory period as part of onboarding after which benefits will begin, and leave can be used.</li></ul>Reports To: Principal/Nurse<ul><li>Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on the evaluation of classified personnel.</li></ul>Job Duties: Office Clerk<ul><li>Provide clerical assistance to other personnel as time allows.</li><li>Keep cumulative records complete and up to date. Transfer files between buildings if needed.</li><li>Assist with tracking student attendance.</li><li>Answer the office phone and assist parents as needed.</li><li>Assist on Timeclock and Frontline platforms to support office/building staff.</li><li>Types a variety of material from rough draft or corrected copy.</li><li>Perform any other duties assigned by the principal.</li></ul>Job Duties: Health Aide<ul><li>Fill in for potential health needs of the school in absence of school nurse.
