Procurement - Head &middot; Assigning work to the team members and providing overall guidance. &middot; Prepare the purchase order and has the authority to approve the PO as per approval hierarchy. &middot; Purchase of components based on the drawings for production department. &middot; Sourcing quotations for material indent received. &middot; Getting rate &amp; quote approval by making comparison among the present suppliers. &middot; Making price negotiation with the suppliers. &middot; Order placing &amp; tracking. &middot; Maintain Material Requisition &amp; copies of Purchase Orders of goods. &middot; Analysing the Location of vendors for materials, equipments or supplies in order to determine product availability and terms of supply and payment terms. &middot; Collect supplier registration form and approve the supplier based on the quality and timely deliverance. &middot; Rate the suppliers based on the supplies. &middot; Developing the new suppliers and promoting cost reduction and good quality of supply. &middot; Sub-contracts follow up operations like Machining and special operation s like cutting, turning, tapping, milling, drilling, etc., &middot; Finishing operations like Platting, powder coating etc., &middot; Assisting in making price negotiation with the suppliers &middot; Responsible for collecting supplier registration and follow-up the order materials and hand over the components for assembly in time.&middot; Responsible for Supplier evaluation and rating, Corrective &amp; Preventive Actions. &middot; To maintain all the documents regarding Procurement.
