The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, maintaining property listings, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, agents, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage property listings on platforms such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder, ensuring accurate and timely updates.</li><li>Prepare and maintain real estate documentation, including Form A, Form B, tenancy contracts, and other client agreements.</li><li>Ensure accurate record-keeping using Google Sheets and other internal tracking tools.</li><li>Handle client KYC verification, AML documentation, and compliance checks.</li><li>Maintain digital calendars for appointments, cheque reminders, contract renewals, and client follow-ups.</li><li>Organize and archive documents such as NOCs, developer agreements, and contracts both digitally and physically.</li><li>Assist in internal recruitment processes, including coordinating candidate calls and maintaining interview records.</li><li>Monitor and manage petty cash expenses and related reporting.</li><li>Follow up with clients and prospects regarding specific property developments as assigned.</li><li>Oversee cleanliness and upkeep of the office premises in coordination with support staff.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you available to join immediately?</li></ul>

As a key member of our marketing department, you'll develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to promote our properties, agents, and brand. Your goal will be to increase online visibility, engagement, and lead generation through creative and targeted social media campaigns.Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a social media marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and targets our ideal audience.2. Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, videos, stories, etc.) that showcases our properties, agents, and brand.3. Account Management: Manage and maintain our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to ensure consistency and brand integrity.4. Paid Advertising: Develop and execute paid social media ad campaigns to reach our target audience and drive website traffic, lead generation, and sales.5. Engagement and Community Building: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media, fostering a positive online community and building relationships with our audience.6. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future marketing decisions.7.
