<div><b>Wage</b></div>
<ul><li>Pay range for position: $17.13 to $17.13 per hour</li>

</ul><div><b>Responsibilities/Duties</b></div>
<ul><li>Follow all policies and procedures</li>
<li>On time and attend all meetings</li>
<li>Take orders and payments from customers for food and beverages following all steps of service guidelines</li>
<li>Upsell by being proactive with suggestive selling and alerting customers to specials, promotional items and/or events</li>
<li>Deliver and announce food and drinks to guests with efficiency, accuracy, and enthusiasm</li>
<li>Accommodate and fulfill any special requests for guests</li>
<li>Communicate and work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are delivered timely and according to Manito Tap House standards</li>
<li>Correct any issues courteously and quickly</li>
<li>Check with customers throughout their meal to ensure that they are enjoying their visit and take action to correct any problems</li>
<li>Maintain a working knowledge of all food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients, and prep time</li>
<li>Assist team members with any additional tasks as needed</li>
<li>Complete all assigned opening, running, closing duties and side work</li>
<li>Follow all health and alcohol beverage service standards and maintain a clean workspace</li>
<li>Adhere to food safety, sanitation and safety guidelines</li>
</ul><ul><li>Please note, job duties are subject to change at the company&rsquo;s discretion.</li></ul>

<div><b>Skills/Experience</b></div>
<ul><li>Washington State Food Worker Card (WSFWC)</li>
<li>Washington State MAST/Class 12 or 13</li>
<li>One (1) year previous restaurant service experience preferred</li>
<li>Willing to work a flexible schedule and weekends</li>
<li>Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs</li>
<li>Strong work ethic, reliable, aware of the details</li>
<li>Ability to multitask efficiently</li>
<li>Team player with a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor</li>
<li>Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50+ pounds</li>
