Our management team doesn&rsquo;t just lead &mdash; they work alongside you, even if that means stepping onto the production floor to get the job done.Previous experience in designing complicated dies, tools, gages, jigs and fixtures is needed as you will be creating designs from supplied drawings or sketches to produce detailed drawings of tools and dies which are utilized by tool and die makers. Working knowledge and experience with solidworks and logopress design software is a definite plus.
