Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, , etc.</li><li>Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across online platforms.</li><li>Monitor and analyze sales performance, website traffic, and conversion rates.</li><li>Handle online order processing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.</li><li>Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts.</li><li>Manage customer queries, feedback, and complaints through online portals.</li><li>Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.</li><li>Work with digital marketing teams for SEO, SEM, and social media promotions related to e-commerce.</li><li>Generate and present weekly and monthly performance reports.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;25,297.66 per monthWork Location: In person
