To promote and sell our brand products through distributors, retailers, workshops. Ensuring effective market coverage, product visibility, and sales growth within the assigned territory.______________Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, workshops.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned areas and product lines.</li><li>Identify and onboard new retail outlets, garages, and service centers to expand Mannol Oil&rsquo;s market presence.</li><li>Ensure timely order booking, delivery coordination, and payment collection from distributors and retailers.</li><li>Execute promotional activities, product demonstrations, and local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal product availability at distributor and retailer points.</li><li>Collect and report market intelligence &mdash; competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.</li><li>Provide regular updates on sales performance, field visits, and territory achievements to the reporting manager.</li><li>Ensure proper display, branding, and merchandising of Mannol products at retail outlets.</li><li>Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams for smooth execution of sales operations.</li></ul>______________Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Diploma or Bachelors Automobile or mechanical or any related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of sales experience in automotive lubricants, spare parts, batteries.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.</li><li>Sound understanding of automotive oils and lubricant products.</li><li>Ability to work independently in the field and achieve targets.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office / CRM tools for reporting and tracking.</li><li>Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license.</li></ul>______________Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):<ul><li>Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>New retailer / dealer additions in assigned territory.</li><li>Improvement in sales volume and product visibility.</li><li>Payment collection efficiency and order fulfillment rate.</li><li>Quality of customer relationships and feedback.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
