As one of our Turf Technicians you will be a part of our team providing quality lawn care service for our valued customers. This is an opportunity to not only work with a great organization, but to demonstrate your ability to provide excellent service.As a Turf Technician, you will maintain and operate a variety of lawn care equipment used in the daily maintenance for commercial and residential accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring quality in all areas of lawn maintenance.*For full time employment you will be required to assist with snow removal services during the winter months.Responsibilities:&middot; Ability to operate a variety of lawn mowing equipment.&middot; Can perform manual tasks such as raking and weeding.&middot; Provide spring and fall site preparations.&middot; Providing a clean site free of debris.&middot; Provide edging and trimming services.&middot; Driving and pulling trailers to customer sites (Preferred)Skills:&middot; Attention to detail.&middot; Good customer service skills.&middot; Punctual self-starter.&middot; Multitasker and able to prioritize work accordingly.&middot; Positive upbeat attitude in all situations.&middot; Mechanical and hand equipment use and maintenance.Qualifications:<ul><li>Reliable transportation to work every day</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license (Required: Must be 18+ to drive company vehicles)</li><li>Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently such as: lawn mowers, walk behind lawn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, trimmers, and other hand tools.</li><li>Ability to take direction and be a part of the teams effort.</li></ul>Benefits: (Full-Time Only)<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Day shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Occasional weekends (Due to inclement weather)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Landscape Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Will train new applicants</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location:<ul><li>Multiple locations</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $17 - $22 per hour DOEJob Types: Full-time, SeasonalPay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hourWork Location: In person
