Job Profile/Responsibilities &ndash; Handling the International/National Voice call (VOIP, SIP) issues such as Call failure, ASR, ACD, High PDD, FAS, No RBT Mute Call, NLD/ILD Roaming caller issue, CLI issue, one way speech, Packet Drop, Telecom protocols Analysis (SS7, SIP) &amp; Monitoring of alarm and Escalation to concerned Carrier.&#9642; Operation and Maintenance of Network. &#9642; Traffic/Alarm Monitoring &#9642; Submitted KPI reports (for SMS, Voice ,ACD etc) &#9642; Raising Fault tickets to Customer Complaints &#9642; Resolve the issue within SLA.Females candidates will be preferred for this positionsJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;450,000.00 - &#8377;600,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
