Manpower Egypt - Target HR

 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise and manage daily operations of the Personnel Section.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records (files, forms, contracts, leaves, attendance, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate HR reports for management, including headcounts, turnover rates, and leave balances.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with internal departments for personnel-related matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance purposes.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in law.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 &ndash;7 years of HR/personnel experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Very good English level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of new labor laws and HR best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
 </li>
