We are committed to delivering reliable, safe, and efficient staff transportation solutions with a focus on punctuality, comfort, and quality service.Position Overview: The Transport Executive will be responsible for daily operational coordination of staff transportation services at BIAL. This role involves planning, coordinating with drivers and client representatives, ensuring service quality as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA), conducting vehicle and driver audits, handling incidents, and preparing operational reports.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and coordinate day-to-day staff transportation operations.</li><li>Liaise with cab drivers and client representatives to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA) with clients.</li><li>Conduct regular audits of vehicles and drivers for cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance.</li><li>Track and report driver attendance, vehicle performance, and route adherence.</li><li>Handle and resolve on-ground incidents or service disruptions promptly.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.</li><li>Assist in route planning, trip scheduling, and resource allocation as required.</li><li>Maintain records of vehicle documentation, driver licenses, and compliance reports.</li><li>Support the Operations Manager in process improvements and client coordination.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Graduate / Diploma in Management or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in staff transportation, logistics, or fleet coordination.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of local routes, especially around BIAL/Devanahalli area.</li><li>Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Email, etc.).</li><li>Willingness to work in shifts as per operational requirements.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Transportation management: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Kannada (Required)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>
