 Logistics Supervisor
 
 to join our team in
 
 Houston, TX
 
 and take ownership of leading and developing our logistics department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, values safety and efficiency, and is eager to build strong teams that deliver exceptional service to customers.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and oversee all centralized logistics functions, ensuring timely, safe, and cost-efficient deliveries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and develop a team of 12+ logistics professionals, supporting their growth and success.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and optimize daily delivery routes across multiple regions to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate fuel deliveries with internal teams and external partners, ensuring best pricing and accurate execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee use and training of logistics technology systems (SmartTruck, Smartank, Samsara, Fleetio, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive continuous improvement through SOP development, training, and process enhancements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor customer satisfaction and lead corrective action plans when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze operational data using enterprise resource planning tools to support strategic decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture while reinforcing safety in all operations.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience: Minimum 3+ years in operations, supply chain, or logistics&mdash;preferably in oil and gas distribution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of DOT and FMCSA safety compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leadership: Proven ability to lead, develop, and coach teams in high-paced environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain preferred (not required).
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical Skills: Experience with logistics/dispatch software (SmartLogix and Samsara a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
