<div>MANTECH seeks a motivated Configuration and Data Management Analyst to join our Air Force and Space Division team supporting the United States Space Force (USSF), Space Systems Command (SSC), National Security Space Launch (NSSL) Program. This position is based at Los Angeles Air Force Base (LAAFB) in El Segundo, California. 
You will help ensure mission success for National Security Space (NSS) launches by enabling full life cycle support across critical engineering and management disciplines. This role supports rocket launch operations through expert-level data and configuration management, proactive stakeholder coordination, and continuous process innovation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>
You will provide comprehensive support to the Configuration Management, Data Management, and Data Architecture (CM/DM/DA) team:</li><li>
Acquire, track, and distribute Contract Data Items (CDIs) from each launch service provider (LSP) to designated government evaluators, ensuring on-time evaluations and final close-out.</li><li>
Maintain CM/DM/DA status databases and generate reports for management and Contracting Officers.</li><li>
Provide technical writing support, including drafting plans, processes, reports, operating instructions, and training materials.</li><li>
Communicate proactively with CDI stakeholders, internal MANTECH team members, and the government customer to ensure timely updates and coordination.</li><li>
Contribute to the improvement of CM/DM/DA processes and procedures through continuous innovation and implementation.</li><li>
Leverage collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office to manage documentation and workflows effectively.</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant discipline.</li><li>
8+ years of experience in technical document development, Data Management, Configuration Management, engineering, or a related field.</li><li>
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence or the ability to quickly become proficient.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Candidates with the following qualifications are highly desired:</li><li>
Experience supporting the USAF, USSF, or NSSL Program and familiarity with associated technical writing, Configuration Management, or Data Management standards.</li><li>
Prior experience with launch vehicle systems and mission integration support.</li><li>
Proficiency in creating and delivering professional presentations to government and internal stakeholders.</li><li>
Strong communication, team collaboration, and critical thinking skills.</li><li>
Working knowledge of SharePoint, WarpDrive, and related collaboration or documentation tools.</li></ul>
Clearance Requirements:<ul><li>
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.</li></ul>
Physical Requirements<ul><li>
The person in this role must be able to:</li><li>
Remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of the time.</li><li>
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.</li><li>
Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine, and printer.</li></ul></div>

Configuration and Data Management Analyst

<div>MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Field Service Representative to join our vehicle sustainment team in Cairo, Egypt. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Provide technical support of complex U.S. military ground systems.</li><li>
Plans, directs, coordinates and manages the maintenance operations for assigned TDL organizations.</li><li>
Maintenance support includes operations, system troubleshooting, engineering, design, installation, analysis, maintenance and repair of U.S. systems and subsystems to component level.</li><li>
Effectively applies industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components.</li><li>
Retain and manage technical knowledge databases via the TDL SharePoint site for use by assigned maintenance managers; maintain and monitor the Special Operations Forces Sustainment and Asset Visibility Information Exchange (SSAVIE) account to manage repair part status and reporting.</li><li>
Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant hands-on experience supporting complex mechanical, electrical, or vehicle systems.</li><li>
Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic tools, power tools, multi-meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and welding equipment.</li><li>
Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty components in complex mechanical and electrical systems.</li><li>
Background working with light and heavy-duty trucks, tactical vehicles, generators, power plants, aircraft, or other gasoline/diesel-powered systems&mdash;military or commercial.</li><li>
Experience in the technical support and sustainment of U.S. military ground systems.</li><li>
Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; must possess a Valid Driver&rsquo;s License for the location in which the work will be performed, a High School Diploma or GED, and a U.S. Passport valid for at least two years beyond the start date.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Prior experience supporting U.S. military vehicle platforms in an OCONUS environment; Willingness and flexibility to travel to and operate within challenging environments.</li><li>
Experience working with maintenance documentation systems and diagnostic software tools; Familiarity with lifecycle management, ECP tracking, and field logistics coordination.</li><li>
Experience maintaining a variety of tactical and support equipment including Material Handling Equipment, cranes, aircraft tugs, wreckers, field support equipment, and aviation ground support carts; Knowledge of generator sets, including inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of diesel-powered tactical and commercial generators.</li></ul>
Clearance Requirements:<ul><li>
Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position. Also, must be able to obtain and maintain active Secret clearance.</li></ul>
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch, and kneel.</li><li>
Must be able to push, pull, and reach.</li><li>
Must be able to work in high-noise environments.</li><li>
