Overview Mantle is looking for a creative, social-native Marketing Intern to help us create a high volume of engaging content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social channels.This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, trends, hooks, storytelling, and short-form video. The main focus will be creating &ldquo;infotainment&rdquo; content: useful, entertaining, and shareable content where Mantle is naturally present without feeling like a hard sell.You will help develop content ideas, film and edit videos, test different creative angles, and contribute to strategies that make Mantle feel relevant, memorable,and part of everyday conversations.Responsibilities - Create a large volume of short-form content for social media, including videos, photos, captions, hooks, and scripts.- Develop creative content ideas that subtly feature Mantle in the background or as part of a larger story.- Research social trends, viral formats, creators, sounds, memes, and content styles that Mantle can adapt.- Help plan and execute infotainment-style content that educates, entertains, or sparks curiosity without being overly promotional.- Film, edit, and publish content using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing platforms.- Assist with content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign planning.- Track content performance and help identify what types of posts, hooks, and formats are working.- Support UGC-style content creation, influencer research, and community engagement.- Maintain a consistent brand voice while testing fresh creative directions.Qualifications - Strong interest in social media, content creation, marketing, branding, and digital storytelling.- Comfortable creating lots of content and testing different ideas quickly.- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools.- Strong writing skills, especially for hooks, captions, and short-form scripts.- Creative eye for framing, lighting, pacing, and visual storytelling.- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple content ideas at once.- Prior internship, campus marketing, personal content creation, or UGC experience is a plus, but not required.Nice To Have- Experience creating content for a personal brand, small business, club, startup, or e-commerce brand.- Comfort being on camera or directing others on camera.- Basic understanding of analytics, SEO, influencer marketing, or paid social.- Interest in consumer products, lifestyle brands, and brand storytelling.What We&rsquo;re Looking ForWe want someone who is creative, fast-moving, and curious.
