Role OverviewWe&rsquo;re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can design high-quality, user-friendly interfaces across **web, mobile, and desktop applications** for multiple client projects. This is an agency role&mdash;fast-paced, client-facing, and delivery-focused.## Key Responsibilities* Design intuitive and visually consistent **web, mobile (iOS/Android), and desktop app interfaces**. * Create **wireframes, user flows, UI mockups, and high-fidelity designs** based on client requirements and business goals. * Work with and extend **design systems** to ensure consistency and scalability across client products. * Design **conversion-focused landing pages** for product launches and marketing campaigns. * Create **visual assets** for social media, ads, banners, and digital marketing materials. * Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and clients to ensure smooth design handoff and execution. * Handle **multiple client projects simultaneously**, adapting quickly to feedback and changing priorities. * Ensure designs are **responsive, accessible, brand-aligned, and build-ready**.## Tools &amp; Platforms### Expected to Know* **Figma** (UI design, components, auto-layout, prototyping) * Design systems and component-based workflows * Responsive design for web and mobile * Core UX principles (usability, hierarchy, accessibility basics)### Expected to Learn on the Job* Client-specific design systems and brand guidelines * Design-to-dev handoff workflows (Figma-to-code, Storybook, etc.) * Landing page platforms (Webflow, Framer, CMS-based setups) * Marketing formats and platform-specific asset requirements * Platform guidelines for iOS, Android, and desktop apps## What We Look For* Strong **attention to detail** and visual consistency. * Ability to **explain and defend design decisions** to clients and internal teams. * Comfort working in a **fast-moving agency environment** with tight timelines. * Ownership mindset&mdash;responsible for quality from concept to final delivery. * Clean file management, version control, and organized design systems. * Willingness to **learn new tools, industries, and problem domains quickly**.## Nice to Have* Basic understanding of **HTML/CSS** for better developer collaboration. * Experience working with **startups, SaaS products, or B2B platforms**. * Awareness of **WCAG accessibility standards**.
