WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR</b></h2>
<p>
Our SEO efforts are expanding globally, and we're looking for a <b>Link Building Specialist</b> who's ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen. You'll take on hands-on link-building initiatives that help our blog and product pages reach new audiences around the world.</p>
<p>
This role sits within the SEO team and reports directly to the <b>Global Head of SEO</b>, collaborating closely with our <b>PR Manager</b>, <b>Editorial Director</b>, and <b>Technical SEO Specialist</b>. You'll secure high-quality backlinks through guest post outreach, link exchanges, &quot;Top 10&quot; list placements, and broken link reclamation &mdash; supporting our broader digital PR and content goals across multiple markets.</p>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
WHAT YOU'LL DO</b></h2>
<ul><li>Execute link-building campaigns focused on guest post outreach, link exchanges, and broken link recovery.</li>
<li>Identify and secure placements in &quot;Top 10 product&quot; lists, resource pages, and editorial roundups.</li>
<li>Build and maintain outreach lists, contact databases, and relationships with publishers, bloggers, and website owners.</li>
<li>Personalize every outreach message to maximize response rates and placement success.</li>
<li>Track outreach performance, backlink quality, and campaign success using tools like Ahrefs, BuzzStream, and Pitchbox.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the PR Manager on higher-tier link opportunities to complement ongoing digital PR efforts.</li>
<li>Partner with the Editorial and Technical SEO teams to ensure new and updated content is optimized for link acquisition.</li>
<li>Continuously monitor link health and assist in reclaiming lost or broken backlinks.</li>
<li>Stay on top of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new outreach strategies that can improve link acquisition.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE</b></h2>
<p>
You'll need:</p>

<li>2+ years of hands-on link-building experience.</li>
<li>Proven success in guest post outreach, link exchanges, and relationship-based link acquisition.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and how backlinks influence visibility and GEO rankings.</li>
<li>Experience using tools like <b>Ahrefs</b>, <b>BuzzStream</b>, and <b>Pitchbox</b> (or similar).</li>
<li>Excellent communication and personalization skills in outreach.</li>
<li>A data-driven mindset &mdash; you're comfortable tracking KPIs like referring domains, DA/DR growth, and backlink velocity.</li>
<li>The ability to stay organized across multiple campaigns and markets.</li>
