Job Description<ul><li>Develop comprehensive visual brand identities that resonate across digital and physical touchpoints</li><li>Create adaptive design solutions for multi-platform experiences (web, mobile, social media, print)</li><li>Leverage AI-powered design tools and generative design technologies</li><li>Design responsive and inclusive visual communication strategies</li><li>Develop motion graphics and interactive design experiences</li><li>Craft user-centered design solutions that prioritize accessibility and user experience</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging</li><li>Produce high-fidelity prototypes and design systems</li><li>Create data-visualization designs that translate complex information into compelling narratives</li><li>Develop design guidelines that maintain brand consistency</li><li>Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and user interaction patterns</li><li>Participate in creative brainstorming and strategic design workshops</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Branding Design: Develop and design branding materials, including logos, business cards, letterheads, and brand guidelines.</li><li>Digital Design: Design digital marketing materials, including social media graphics, email newsletters, and website elements.</li><li>Mobile App Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly mobile app interfaces, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.</li><li>Web App Design: Design intuitive and engaging web app interfaces, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.</li><li>UI/UX Design: Develop user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design concepts for mobile and web apps, ensuring seamless user interactions.</li><li>Visual Design: Develop visual design concepts and designs for marketing campaigns, including brochures, flyers, and posters.</li><li>Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all branding, digital marketing, mobile app, and web app designs.</li><li>Design Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve design quality and innovation.</li><li>Social Media Management: Manage and strategize social media platforms of the company.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience: 3 years or equivalent of experience in branding, digital marketing, mobile app, and web app design.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch.</li><li>Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.</li><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.</li><li>Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality designs.</li><li>Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, or InVision.</li><li>Basic knowledge of front-end development basics, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>1.
