 Marketing Director
 
 to lead our brand, communication, and growth marketing efforts across Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will craft and execute strategies that amplify Manzil&rsquo;s story, strengthen our market presence, and engage customers at every stage of their journey. Your leadership will be key in building a world-class marketing team and shaping how Manzil is perceived by clients, partners, and the broader community.
 
 🔑 What You&rsquo;ll Own
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and execute Manzil&rsquo;s comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, offline, and experiential channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to ensure consistency and impact.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team across content, performance, and communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive demand generation campaigns that support sales and growth objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee PR, events, and external communications to enhance brand visibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with product, growth, and sales teams to align marketing with company priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies and ROI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the brand at key industry events and act as a spokesperson when needed.
 </li>
 </ul>
 ✅ What You Bring

 8+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 3+ years in leadership roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success in
 
 building and scaling marketing strategies
 
 in fast-paced or startup environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in brand building, digital marketing, and customer acquisition.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of growing teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and storytelling abilities in both
 
 Arabic and English

 Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
