The IT Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to end-users, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization&rsquo;s IT systems in line with company policies and local regulations in Qatar.Key Responsibilities1. User Support &amp; Helpdesk<ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries (hardware, software, network, and systems).</li><li>Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.</li><li>Provide remote and on-site support to staff across different departments.</li><li>Log, track, and resolve support tickets within agreed service levels.</li></ul>2. Systems &amp; Network Coordination<ul><li>Assist in monitoring the performance of servers, networks, and internet connectivity.</li><li>Coordinate with external IT service providers/ISPs for network, firewall, and security issues.</li><li>Support user account creation, password resets, and access rights management (e.g., email, ERP, HRMS, shared folders).</li><li>Ensure regular backups are completed and assist with restoration when required.</li></ul>3. Hardware &amp; Software Management<ul><li>Maintain an updated inventory of all IT assets (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, iPads, printers, licenses, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate the purchase, setup, deployment, and replacement of IT equipment.</li><li>Ensure all software and systems are properly licensed and updated.</li><li>Assist in setting up new devices with company email, business applications, and security tools.</li></ul>4. Security &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Support implementation of IT security policies (password policy, antivirus, email security, etc.).</li><li>Ensure devices are protected with updated antivirus and security patches.</li><li>Report any security incidents or suspicious activity to the IT Manager/Management.</li><li>Assist in ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies regarding data protection and information security.</li></ul>5. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and network diagrams as directed.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on incidents, asset status, and IT-related issues for management.</li><li>Document user guides and simple manuals for common IT tasks.</li></ul>6. Projects &amp; Improvements<ul><li>Assist in the implementation of new systems, applications, and upgrades (e.g., HRMS, ERP, time attendance, email migration).</li><li>Coordinate with departments to understand their IT needs and escalate to IT Management if required.</li><li>Provide basic training to staff on the use of systems, applications, and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in an IT support / IT coordinator / helpdesk role, preferably in Qatar or GCC.</li><li>Windows OS and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).</li><li>Basic networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches).</li><li>Printers, scanners, and office hardware.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP/HRMS or healthcare experience is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you in Doha?</li><li>NOC can be provided?</li></ul>

ACCOUNTANT WITH HR &amp; PAYROLL EXPERIENCE<ul><li>Record and post daily financial transactions.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li><li>Assist in bank reconciliations, petty cash, and expense claims.</li><li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documents during internal/external audits.</li><li>Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.</li><li>Assist in budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.</li><li>Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees in line with company policies and Qatar Labour Law.</li><li>Calculate basic salary, overtime, leave salary, end-of-service benefits (gratuity), deductions, and allowances.</li><li>Maintain accurate payroll records, salary statements, and WPS (Wage Protection System) files for bank submission.</li><li>Handle advance salary, loans, EOS settlements, and final dues.</li><li>Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all payroll data.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in accounting with HR &amp; payroll responsibilities (experience in Qatar preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll processes.</li><li>Familiarity with Qatar Labour Law and WPS is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
