Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Mobile Crane Operator/Driver to safely operate mobile hydraulic cranes (namely Tadano, Tadano-Faun and other mini cranes) ranging from 4 Tons to 50 Tons capacity. These can be 4x4, 6x6 and mini-crawler cranes. You will be responsible for crane operation, maintenance, and ensuring safety during all tasks.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate cranes for lifting and moving materials using proper signals.</li><li>Perform daily inspections of cranes and report malfunctions for timely repairs.</li><li>Maintain cranes and ensure they operate within safety limits.</li><li>Follow safety procedures during loading, unloading, and lifting operations.</li><li>Complete tasks within time and safety targets.</li><li>Ensure the crane is stable and positioned safely on different grounds.</li><li>Report any damage or unsafe conditions to site supervisor.</li><li>Monitor wind speed and inform the supervisor when required.</li><li>Follow the local traffic laws and rules when driving the equipment to and from a work site.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License &ndash; Category 8 (Abu Dhabi)</li><li>Proven experience operating mobile cranes (2 to 5 years) with willingness to learn.</li><li>Ability to follow safety guidelines and work as part of a team.</li><li>Excellent ability of reading load charts in English and maintaining the equipment in clean and good condition.</li><li>Must be willing to undertake a technical exam related to crane operation, conducted by the relevant body, to ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.</li></ul>If you meet these requirements and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.
