Job Responsibilities</b></h2></div><p></p><div><br>
<ul><li>Responsible for reviewing and involved in the full spectrum of the accounts payable ('AP') functions for portfolio of properties.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including statistical reports to government agencies.</li>
<li>Prepare variance analysis and be involved in annual budgeting and forecasting.</li>
<li>Liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end audits and tax filing/compliance.</li>
<li>Assist in ad-hoc operational projects, including conducting credit review for selection of vendors, testing of SAP system etc., as and when required.</li>

<ul><li>Chartered Accountant (CA) with Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent.</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant accounting experinces, preferably in AP.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of FRS and Companies Act.</li>
<li>Proficient in MS Excel.</li>
<li>Experience with SAP system and/or real estate knowledge would be advantageous.</li>
<li>Mature, responsible, meticulous, good team player and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li>

Accountant (AP)

<li>Responsible for timely update of books of accounts, preparation and accurate reporting of financial matters such as management reports, financial statements, Coordinate with Auditors for various Audits - Stat Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, IFC Audit &amp; others, preparation of MIS reports and update variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, EVA, Corporate tax and GST reporting, audit schedules, intercompany reconciliation as well as checking of payment records.</li>
<li>Required to perform credit review for vendor selection, as well as liaise with auditors and tax consultants on year end and taxation matters.</li>
<li>Work closely with various consultants - tax consultants, due diligence consultants, Corp Sec consultants, and other Govt Authorities for compliance submission purposes.</li>
<li>Liaise with finance team based in Singapore headquarters for monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities and internally with various operational departments to perform job role.</li>

<li>Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics, CA / CA-Inter / MBA / MCom with Accounts / Finance background.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years&rsquo; relevant hands-on experience.
</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel.</li>
<li>Able to communicate in local language to communicate with local stakeholders and English to liaise with Headquarters in Singapore.</li>
<li>Experience with SAP system would be advantageous.</li>
<li>Responsible, meticulous, analytical, organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul></div></div></div></div><p></p>
