Position Summary: The Dining Room Server plays an integral role in delivering an outstanding customer experience for residents and guests. The Dining Room Server is responsible for assisting in the set-up, service, and cleaning of the dining room (s) and in ensuring the dining experience is enjoyable, timely, and engaging for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provides outstanding customer experience for residents and their loved ones, as well as other visitors to the community.</li>
<li>Assures that residents are comfortable, engaged, and catered to in the dining room (s).</li>
<li>Performs all assignments prior to the dining room (s) opening.</li>
<li>Assists with meal service under the supervision of the Chef, Dining Room Manager, and/or Culinary Services Director.</li>
<li>Understands the daily menu and how food is prepared before each meal and is able to answer questions related to the menu.</li>
<li>Assures snack area(s) are properly stocked and kept tidy and clean.</li>
<li>Assists in keeping dining room(s) clean and properly arranged for residents.</li>
<li>Performs assignments after dining room(s) closes and ensures the room(s) is ready for the next meal.</li>
<li>Engages with tours and the sales team to offer the best possible first impression.</li>
<li>Develops and maintains a good working rapport with teammates and associates in other departments to ensure that the dining experience is of the highest quality for residents and guests.</li>
<li>Complete monthly in-service education hours as required by state-specific regulations and company policies.</li>
<li>Performs other tasks as assigned by the Culinary Services Director, Chef on Duty, or Department Heads.</li>
</ul>
Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Experience and passion in working with seniors.</li>
<li>Experience working in assisted living or another long term care setting preferred.</li>

Position Summary:

The Nursing Assistant plays an integral role in providing exceptional care and service to our residents in need of dedicated hands on assistance based on the individual resident service plan.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Assisting residents with all care needs including bathing, dressing, continence care, dining and mobility support</li>
<li>Engaging residents through interaction and conversation, as well as programs and activities</li>
<li>Working hand in hand with the nursing team to ensure resident care needs are met</li>
<li>Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe work environment and assisting residents by maintaining resident rooms</li>
</ul>
Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification:
<ul>
<li>Current Nurse&rsquo;s Aide Registration</li>
<li>Experience and passion in working with seniors</li>
<li>Able to perform tasks which may be physically demanding such as pushing, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain positive working relationships with residents, their families, peers and other staff members</li>
<li>In good physical and emotional health and free of communicable diseases</li>
