The Firm enjoys the distinction of being the only Indian law firm offering Indian and Spanish legal services to European clients directly with its office in Barcelona, Spain and with its associate offices in different business hubs in Europe.We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative &amp; Clerical Assistant for our office in Kochi, India to support our team with essential administrative tasks.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in preparing forms, legal documents, and related paperwork.</li><li>Support lawyers with clerical tasks, including document organization, data entry, and file management.</li><li>Track case progress, maintain records, and keep the team updated on work status.</li><li>Draft, review, and format emails, letters, and internal communications.</li><li>Manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups as needed.</li><li>Handle basic office administrative duties, including scanning, printing, and organizing files.</li><li>Coordinate with external agencies and clients as necessary.</li><li>Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelors/Masters degree in any field (No prior legal experience required).</li><li>Fluency in English (Reading, Writing, and Spoken)</li><li>Prior administrative work experience in a fast-paced law firm environment preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email drafting.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to work independently.</li></ul>Work Schedule<ul><li>Part-time position (minimum 5 hours per day; 2 PM &ndash; 7 PM Indian Standard Time - flexible).
