Civil MEP Foreman &middot; Mechanical (HVAC, FIreFighting,plumbing)&middot; Electrical (Low Voltage, High Voltage, Cabling, Panel Installation)&middot; Plumbing &amp; DrainageJob Description:We are looking for an experienced and reliable Civil Foreman to supervise and manage daily site activities for our high-rise building project in Sector 15, Gurugram. The candidate must have 6 to 8 years of experience in civil construction, especially in high-rise residential or commercial projects.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Mechanical (HVAC, FireFighting,plumbing)&middot; Electrical (Low Voltage, High Voltage, Cabling, Panel Installation)&middot; Plumbing &amp; Drainage&middot; Site Supervision and manpower handling&middot; Knowledge of MEP drawing and installation standards&middot; Supervise all civil works on site including RCC, shuttering, brickwork, plastering, and finishing.<ul><li>Ensure that all work is done according to approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams for smooth execution of tasks.</li><li>Monitor manpower, material usage, and site progress on a daily basis.</li><li>Maintain site safety, discipline, and cleanliness at all times.</li><li>Prepare daily work reports and update project engineers on site progress.</li><li>Handle and resolve site issues promptly and efficiently.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates).</li><li>Minimum 6&ndash;8 years of site experience in civil works, preferably on high-rise buildings.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and labor management.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.</li><li>Good leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Familiar with safety standards and quality control procedures.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
