We are looking for a meticulous and organized Record Keeper (Legal Field) to join our Legal Department.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Maintain and organize legal files, agreements, contracts, case papers, and other legal documentation in physical and digital formats.&middot; Ensure proper indexing, filing, and retrieval of records as per company standards.&middot; Coordinate with the legal team for documentation required for court cases, regulatory filings, and compliance.&middot; Keep track of deadlines for hearings, submissions, and renewals.&middot; Update and maintain records of legal notices, petitions, and case proceedings.&middot; Assist in preparing and circulating legal correspondence and documentation.&middot; Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of all records.&middot; Support the Legal Head/Managers in day-to-day record management and compliance work.Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:&middot; Graduate in any discipline (Preference for candidates with legal background or LLB).&middot; Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in record/document management, preferably in legal or corporate sector.&middot; Strong knowledge of filing systems (physical &amp; digital).&middot; Good communication skills (written &amp; verbal).&middot; Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).&middot; High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.&middot; Integrity, confidentiality, and organizational skills are a must.Location: Gurugram, Sector 15Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
