Job Description:</div><div><ul><li>
Develop and update customer ready PowerPoint presentations that are consistent with the brand and technical communication standards.</li><li>
Design intuitive user experiences for Power BI reports, web applications, mobile apps, and low-code platforms using modern design principles and AI-enhanced tools.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact design solutions.</li><li>
Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, redlines, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Adobe XD, and Canva, enhanced with AI plugins and features.</li><li>
Utilize Figma AI plugins (e.g., Magician, Wireframe Designer, FigJam AI) to accelerate ideation, generate design components, and automate repetitive tasks.</li><li>
Use Adobe Creative Cloud AI features (e.g., Adobe Firefly for generative imagery, Sensei for intelligent design suggestions) to create compelling visuals and layouts.</li><li>
Use Microsoft Designer for quick, AI-assisted graphic creation and layout generation tailored to business needs.</li><li>
Apply Canva&rsquo;s AI tools (e.g., Magic Design, Magic Write) to rapidly prototype marketing visuals, presentations, and UI mockups.</li><li>
Create information architecture, task flows, and data visualizations that support user goals and business objectives.</li><li>
Design and prepare print-ready graphics for events, including flyers, posters, and signage.</li><li>
Solve design challenges with creativity and precision, using a full-stack approach (interaction, usability, visual design, HTML/CSS, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Pages).</li><li>
Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging AI technologies in UX.</li><li>
Work in Agile teams, contributing to user stories, sprint planning, and iterative testing.</li><li>
Continuously solicit and incorporate feedback to improve design quality and user satisfaction.</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in interaction design, user-centered design (UCD), or a design-related field</li><li>
Proven track record in the creation of interaction models, screen designs, and UI details that promote ease of use and optimize the user experience for reporting.</li><li>
Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI experience in web, application, and/or reporting design (Power BI and/or Tableau).</li><li>
Demonstrable ability to do wireframing, prototyping, storyboarding, and redlines.</li><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Illustrator) and Figma for creating wireframe, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups</li><li>
Ability to create and refine PowerPoint presentations that meet corporate branding and communication standards</li><li>
Experience designing print-ready materials such as flyers, posters, and event graphics</li><li>
Experience with creative tools that offer AI-driven functionality</li><li>
Knowledge of UX best practices, design techniques, user interface design patterns, and standard UCD methodologies</li><li>
Excellent communication skills within cross-functional teams</li><li>
Ability to explain design processes and concepts i.e., why a design works or why it doesn&rsquo;t.</li><li>
Exceptional visual design skills with a focus on high-quality deliverables</li><li>
Self-directed, confident, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Ability to balance speed and quality when managing competing priorities.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree in Interaction Design, New Media Design, or a related field from NID or relevant premium institutes.</li><li>
Experience: 2&ndash;6 years in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing work across web, mobile, reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau), or low-code application</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in interaction design, new media design, or design-related field</li><li>
Four years of relevant experience</li><li>
Experience creating interactive dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, including layout design, animation, and template creation</li><li>
Experience with print production workflows and preparing assets for professional printing</li><li>

We're seeking motivated Accountants to join our growing accounts, administration, and compliance team
In this dynamic role, you'll play a key role in ensuring our diverse company structures (private limited companies, LLPs, and charitable trusts) comply with local regulations. You'll gain valuable experience working across various entities, making this a fantastic learning and development opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Accurate Payroll Processing:
<ul><li>Gather monthly attendance and salary information for external payroll providers.</li><li>Review and verify payroll data for accuracy and tax compliance.</li><li>Analyze employee and consultant deductions (TDS, rent allowance, etc.).</li><li>Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee/consultant concerns.</li><li>Stay updated on changes in payroll tax regulations.</li></ul>
Meticulous Bookkeeping:
<ul><li>Review and manage bank transactions within our online accounting system.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis.</li><li>Generate income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.</li><li>Prepare insightful financial reports for management review.</li></ul>
Efficient Accounts Payable (AP) &amp; Accounts Receivable (AR) Management:
<ul><li>Process vendor invoices after accounting for GST and TDS.</li><li>Utilize Zoho to generate purchase orders.</li><li>Manage invoice processing by entering scanned copies and supporting documents into our cloud-based system.</li><li>Analyze customer payments and identify overdue accounts.</li><li>Proactively follow up on outstanding receivables.</li></ul>
Ensuring Tax Compliance:
<ul><li>File monthly and annual GST returns for various companies.</li><li>Review income tax returns prepared by external accountants.</li><li>Maintain awareness of evolving tax laws and regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with external tax advisors.</li><li>Submit quarterly and annual FCRA reports.</li></ul>
Streamlined Audit Support:

Job Summary:
The Accounting Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of MAQ Software group companies. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, including financial reporting, vendor, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, and extensive experience managing financial operations in a fast-paced environment.
The position supports growth of group companies (for profit and not for profit) and is a part of shared finance and accounting services team. We work with external Chartered Accountant firms to file Income Tax and GST returns. We file accurate and timely filings to avoid delays, penalties, and related issues.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Financial Reporting:<ul><li>
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
