We are currently expanding our presence across the southern regions of India through multiple online retail platforms as well as on-trade channels. Our products are designed for versatile beverage applications, including crafted drinks and refreshment solutions.Role DescriptionThe Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for building Maraca&rsquo;s presence across pubs, restobars, caf&eacute;s, hotels, and beverage-led outlets in Bangalore. The role focuses on introducing Maraca fruit squashes as a core ingredient for mocktails, cocktails, and crafted beverages, driving product trials, and ensuring sustained usage at the outlet level.This is a field-intensive role that involves engaging directly with bartenders, bar managers, and outlet decision-makers to demonstrate product versatility, recommend beverage applications, and position Maraca as a preferred syrup/squash brand for on-trade beverage preparation.Key Responsibility <ul><li>Identify and visit pubs, restobars, lounges, caf&eacute;s, hotels, and beverage-focused outlets across Bangalore.</li><li>Introduce Maraca fruit squashes to bartenders, bar managers, and procurement teams.</li><li>Conduct product demos and tasting sessions, showcasing how Maraca squashes can be used in Mocktails, Cocktails, Signature crafted drinks &amp; Non-alcoholic refreshers.</li><li>Educate bar staff on flavour profiles, consistency, dilution ratios, and drink pairings.</li><li>Encourage trial usage and secure product placement behind the bar.</li><li>Work towards converting trials into regular usage and repeat orders.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with outlet staff and decision-makers.</li><li>Coordinate with distributors / internal teams to ensure product availability at onboarded outlets.</li><li>Track daily field activities, outlet feedback, trials conducted, and conversions.</li><li>Collect market insights on competing brands, Pricing expectations, Popular flavours, and emerging beverage trends.</li><li>Represent Maraca as a professional, reliable, and bartender-friendly brand in the on-trade market.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven background in sales or marketing</li><li>Experience working with pubs, bars, hotels, or restaurants is a strong advantage</li><li>Fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada (mandatory)</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.</li><li>Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving license</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales</li></ul>Interested candidates can DM or share their resume at hr@maraca.inJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
