Who We AreWe are Brovora Design &amp; Tech (formerly known as Marathon Design Studio). We are a hybrid creative agency in Ahmedabad, blending high-end design (Branding, 3D, Graphics, Packaging, UI/UX) with custom technology (SaaS, Web Development).We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketer who can wear two hats: growing our agency&rsquo;s brand presence and managing lead-generation campaigns for our diverse B2B &amp; B2C clients.Key Responsibilities (What you will do)<ul><li>Strategy &amp; Execution: Strategize and execute performance-driven digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) for both Brovora and our clients.</li><li>SEO, GEO &amp; SEM: Develop, monitor, and optimize strategies to improve organic rankings and paid reach for local and global targets.</li><li>Social Media Growth: Manage profiles, plan content calendars, boost engagement, and grow brand reputation across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.</li><li>Content Creation: Create and design marketing content, including blogs, banners, emails, and ad creatives.</li><li>Email Marketing: Develop targeted email campaigns; nurture leads and analyze open/click rates via CRM tools like HubSpot/Zoho.</li><li>Analytics &amp; Reporting: Track, report, and analyze performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to prove ROI to clients.</li><li>Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our design, web, and campaign teams to align digital marketing efforts with company and client goals.</li><li>Market Research: Research industry trends, competitor activity, and tech innovations to keep our strategies fresh.</li><li>Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on landing pages and ads to maximize campaign ROI and lower Cost Per Lead (CPL).</li><li>Client Communication: Maintain excellent communication with clients and provide regular, easy-to-understand performance reports to leadership.</li></ul>Required Skills (The &quot;Must-Haves&quot;)<ul><li>Experience: 1&ndash;3 years in digital marketing (Agency or Performance Marketing background is a huge plus).</li><li>Ad Tech Mastery: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.</li><li>Analytics Stack: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho).</li><li>Tools: Working knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Search Console), Canva for quick designs, and basic video editing for Reels/Shorts.</li><li>Communication: Strong creative written and visual English communication skills; ability to write professional emails to clients.</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (OR equivalent proven experience/portfolio).</li><li>Mindset: Collaborative team mentality with the ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts.</li><li>Bonus: Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing.</li></ul>Benefits (Why Join Brovora?)<ul><li>Growth Culture: Dynamic, creative studio environment with opportunities for professional upskilling and certification sponsorships.</li><li>Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours (Monday&ndash;Friday, 10:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM).</li><li>Exciting Projects: Work on engaging campaigns with leading brands in Tech, FMCG, and SaaS sectors.</li><li>High-End Support: You focus on marketing; our world-class design team handles the heavy graphics.</li></ul>How to ApplySend your resume to hr@brovora.com.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your Current CTC?</li><li>What is your Expected CTC</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Digital marketing: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
