 The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and producing visual assets that effectively highlight properties, elevate the agent team engage our target audience. From developing eye-catching print materials to crafting compelling digital graphics, they will contribute to all facets of our marketing efforts. Must be detail-oriented and laser-focused on delivering best-in-class materials and results to brokers.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create marketing materials &ndash; informational marketing brochures, flyers, postcards, general marketing letters, proposals, etc. using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator &amp; Photoshop
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the actual utilization of various tools in key proposals and presentations, create floor plans and site plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proofing and editing of marketing packages for superior quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 10-15 percent of time may entail research.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Key Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills, ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external sources, must be very articulate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Extremely proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices including social media and corporate branding
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized and detail oriented
 </li>
 <li>
 Versatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested.
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work under pressure, multi-task and meet critical deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be a team player.
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years graphic design and marketing experienc
 </li>
