<div>Marcus &amp; Millichap is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support high-volume Public Relations and Social Media execution across its Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions. This hands-on, production-focused role provides essential coordination and content execution support to scale regional marketing output and ensure consistent, accurate, and timely delivery across channels.</div><div></div><div><br>

Public Relations Execution Support</li><li>
Support day-to-day regional PR execution through high-volume production and coordination tasks</li><li>
Draft, format, and edit press releases using established templates, structured inputs, and approved source material</li><li>
Manage internal press release routing, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and version control</li><li>
Publish approved press releases, news items, and event content to the company website using the firm&rsquo;s content management system</li><li>
Coordinate timelines, deadlines, and required inputs with Field Marketing and internal stakeholders</li><li>
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and style guidelines across all PR deliverables</li><li>
Social Media Content Production &amp; Posting</li><li>
Execute social media content production and posting across the firm&rsquo;s social channels</li><li>
Populate captions, copy, and metadata using pre-approved templates and content calendars</li><li>
Input data into highly templated graphic designs using established design systems</li><li>
Schedule and publish social media posts in alignment with defined workflows and timelines</li><li>
Perform quality control to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment prior to posting</li><li>
Monitor published content and escalate comments or inquiries to appropriate channel owners as needed</li><li>
Cross-Functional Support</li><li>
Collaborate with Field Marketing and marketing partners across PR, social, advertising, and other channels to support regional priorities</li><li>
Provide marketing execution support for ad hoc regional initiatives as needed</li><li>

Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent internship experience)</li><li>
1&ndash;2 years of experience, including internships or entry-level marketing roles</li><li>
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workflows efficiently</li><li>
Clear written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Comfort working in a structured, template-driven production environment</li><li>
Ability to learn and apply commercial real estate concepts and terminology</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools such as Asana or Monday, content management systems, and social publishing platforms is a plus</li></ul><div><i>
