The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and has strong InDesign, written, and verbal skills. This position will provide knowledge of the inner workings of the brokerage industry while assisting as an entry-level marketing associate.</div><br>

<div>The base salary range for this role is $31.25 &ndash; $33.65 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. Marketing Responsibilities
</b></p></div><ul><li>Manage and oversee team marketing projects.</li>
<li>Distribute marketing requests and assignments as needed</li>
<li>Build Proposals and Offering Memoranda to establish client needs</li>
<li>Create visually appealing marketing pieces to distribute via email and websites</li>
<li>Generate Broker Opinion of Value</li>
<li>Create and deploy marketing eblasts to promote listings</li>
<li>Implement, design, and produce marketing campaigns</li>
<li>Upload deals to listing websites such as Crexi, LoopNet and Costar</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Administrative Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Work alongside lead agents to determine marketing needs</li>
<li>Assist the Director of Operations and the Financial Analyst to create and execute a smooth transaction process</li>
<li>Support team with various tasks</li>

</b></h3><ul><li>1-3 Years of Marketing Experience</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing</li>
<li>Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Canva, and AI Platforms</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external sources</li>
<li>Microsoft Office skills, with a strong working knowledge of Excel and Word</li>
<li>Excellent writing and editing skills, i.e., spelling, grammar, punctuation</li>
<li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Versatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested</li>

<div>The Brokerage Administrator provides a broad range of administrative assistance to Sales Agents and the Operations Manager. This role is responsible for expediting all transactional work relating to the listing and sales of commercial real estate, training of new Agents and other personnel on company applications and software programs, as well as the performing of various administrative and marketing tasks related to the commercial real estate brokerage.</div>

<li>Process new listings, including proofing and editing marketing packages for superior quality and use of grammar.</li>
<li>Assist the Operations Manager in the processing of sold and closed transactions when necessary.</li>
<li>Keep up to date with the various software, company applications, and policies or procedures that pertain specifically to Agents and Assistants, while continuing to identify opportunities to conduct training sessions when necessary.</li>
<li>Copy, scan, and create proposal bindings and print jobs for agents.</li>
<li>Share the telephone and front desk responsibilities with the other support staff.</li>
<li>Assist with the stocking of supplies, maintaining copiers and other office machines in working condition, and general problem solving.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications:</b></h3><ul>
<li>Two+ (2+) years of administrative experience.</li>
<li>High School diploma.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office required: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.</li>
<li>Editing and proofreading skills.</li>
<li>A professional appearance and demeanor</li>
<li>Top-notch phone manner.</li>
