Role OverviewWe&rsquo;re looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing &amp; Social Media In-Charge to manage our brand&rsquo;s online presence, create engaging content, and drive growth across social platforms.ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and schedule content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)<ul><li>Develop and execute marketing campaigns (organic &amp; paid, if applicable)</li><li>Manage social media accounts and engage with followers</li><li>Track performance (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and provide reports</li><li>Coordinate with influencers, or vendors when needed</li><li>Maintain brand voice and visual consistency</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in marketing and social media management</li><li>Strong photo &amp; Video portfolio showing real work and results</li><li>Knowledge of social media trends and analytics</li><li>Photo and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)</li><li>Good communication and content-writing skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li><li>Have initiatives to suggest what is best, not waiting for instructions</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)</li><li>Experience in F&amp;B industry</li><li>Influencer marketing experience</li><li>SEO or email marketing knowledge</li></ul>Send portfolio to recruitment@marginplus-qa.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From QAR6,500.00 per month
