Ladybug Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Expo (Expeditor) to serve as the communication bridge between the kitchen and front-of-house teams. The Expo ensures food is presented beautifully, accurately, and delivered promptly - upholding the standards of excellence and hospitality across all of our concepts.This role is essentiall in maintaining smooth service, quality control, and a positive team environment during high-volume shifts.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and organize food tickets during service</li><li>Ensure all dishes are plated correctly, garnished properly, and meet quality standards</li><li>Communicate clearly and efficiently with chefs, line cooks, and servers</li><li>Confirm medications allergies, and special requests are executed correctly.</li><li>Maintain timing so tables receive courses in proper sequence</li><li>Keep the Expo line clean, stocked, and organized</li><li>Asisst with food running when necessary</li><li>Support a fast-paced, team-driven service environment</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous restaurant experience preferred (expo, food runner or serving experience a plus)</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills</li><li>Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Flexibile availablility (nights, weekends, holidays)</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competetive pay based on experience plus Tips</li><li>Opportunities for growth within multiple restaurant concepts</li><li>A supportive, team-oriented culture</li><li>Fast-paced, high-energy environment</li><li>Room for advancement into leadership roles</li></ul>Why Join Ladybug HospitalityAt Ladybug Hospitality, we are committed to creating memorable dining experiences rooted in teamwork, consistency, and genuine hospitality.
