 Responsible for execution of new launches

 Responsible for Brand building &amp; Activation of identified brands for Malaysia, Singapore
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop &amp; Execute Marketing programs through liasoning with agencies and cross functional teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordination with internal / external stakeholders for clearances (Design agency / legal / R&amp;D / CQA)
 </li>
 <li>
 Benchmark competition pricing / branding and maintain repository of all data
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, engage and motivate a highly diverse international team of Marico and partner members
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for settlement of distributor/trade/customer claims within specified timeframes
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for all company related communication to associates in Malaysia, Singapore
 </li>

 Qualification &amp; Experience:
 
 
 
 &bull; Experience of at-least 4-6 years.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Deliverables of the Role:
 
 
 
 &bull; Ensure material account closing and correct allocation of all Plant and depot expenses i.e., Sales commercial common expenses.
 
 
 &bull; Supporting BFM in closing Actual Financials of Nihar hair oil franchise.
 
 
 &bull; Supporting other BFM&rsquo;s in analysing exceptional hit/gain in cogs of their Brands.
 
 
 &bull; Preparing data for Updating masters in Tableau of Profit forecast and to generate NR details during Actual&rsquo;s analysis.
 
 
 &bull; Preparing, updating data in Tableau and supporting BFM in releasing Ex-com report.
 
 
 &bull; Preparing Working Capital report Actuals, Monthly forecast and Budgeted.
 
 
 &bull; Supporting BFM in preparing Profit Forecast of Nihar hair oil franchise.
 
 
 &bull; Addressing issues raised by Plants for Standard setting, maintaining exception table for map error or cake order.
 
 
 &bull; Providing support to BFM in generating reports from SAP for analysis and helping analysis.
 
 
 &bull; Providing support to cross functional teams in understanding reports or data relating to Material accounting or sales or Material ledger accounting.
 
 
 &bull; Providing reports or data or explanations to various internal audit teams as and when they seek information.
 
 
 &bull; Ensuring masters are updated as and when new products or brand is launched. Co-ordinating with SAP master&rsquo;s team to ensure the same.
 
 
 &bull; Preparing multiple schedules of Audit requirement during quarter closing and additional schedules during Year end closing.
 
 
 &bull; Liaising with statutory auditors to clear audit queries during quarterly and yearly closing.
 
 
 &bull; Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and doing month end closing activities for P&amp;L finalization.
 
 
 &bull; Preparing profit forecasts by taking inputs from various stakeholders.
 
 
 &bull; Doing variance analysis by comparing actuals vs forecasts and budgets and finding the reasons for variations.
 
 
 &bull; Carrying adhoc analysis (competition benchmarking, new product business case etc) in collaboration with cross functional teams.
 
 
 &bull; Generating reports from SAP and doing deep dive on various cost heads including MM modules. &bull; Providing support to cross functional teams in understanding reports relates to material ledger accounting.
 
 
 &bull; Liaising with statutory auditors to clear audit queries during quarterly and yearly closing.
