Job Summary</b></p>
<p>
We are seeking an experienced and strategic <b>Senior Manager Human Resources</b> to lead the HR function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, strengthening talent management systems, and fostering a strong performance-driven culture.</p>
<p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the overall HR function including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning</li>
<li>Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks</li>
<li>Manage performance appraisal systems and employee engagement initiatives</li>
<li>Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll structuring</li>
<li>Drive organizational development, training, and leadership programs</li>
<li>Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management</li>
<li>Support succession planning and leadership development strategies</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal governance standards</li>
<li>Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic HR planning</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li>
<li>15years of progressive HR experience</li>
<li>Minimum 10 years in a senior HR leadership role</li>
<li>Experience in large organizations, NGOs, or healthcare sectors preferred</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of HR systems, policies, and labor regulations</li></ul></div><p></p>
