Job Description
Marine Travelift and Exactech are excited to be adding an experienced Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to our team. This full-time, hourly position is a dual role. You will be the &quot;face&quot; of our office, greeting visitors and managing our front-desk operations, while also providing critical administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker with very good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
As an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, you will&hellip;
<ul><li>Front-Desk Reception:
<ul><li>Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive; maintain a professional and tidy lobby area.</li>
<li>Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking detailed messages as needed.</li>
<li>Oversee office security by following visitor protocols and managing guest logs.</li>
</ul></li><li>Administrative Operations:
<ul><li>Assist with document production, including drafting reports, memos, and presentations.</li>
<li>Support accounting tasks such as basic data entry, bookkeeping and expense reporting</li>
<li>Assist with incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.</li>
</ul></li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills
<ul><li>Education: High school diploma or GED required</li>
<li>Experience: 3 +years of experience in an administrative, receptionist or customer service role.</li>
<li>Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new office software and office equipment.</li>
<li>Soft Skills:
<ul><li>Professional phone etiquette, clear verbal articulation.</li>
<li>Proven ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>High level of discretion for handling confidential information</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.</li>
