Position Summary: 
We are seeking a skilled and caring Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The Dental Assistant will play a crucial role in assisting our dentists and hygienists, ensuring the smooth operation of the dental clinic, and delivering exceptional patient experiences. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to patient care.
 
Responsibilities:

<li>Chairside Assistance: Support the dentist during procedures, managing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort</li>
<li>Patient Care: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized environment</li>
<li>X-Ray Imaging: Capture dental X-rays, adhering to safety protocols</li>
<li>Patient Education: Guide patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment options</li>
<li>Records Management: Accurately update patient records and dental charts in EHR systems</li>
<li>Infection Control: Strictly follow sterilization and disinfection protocols</li>
<li>Appointment Scheduling: Help manage and confirm patient appointments</li>
<li>Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and support</li>

Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Dental Assistant certification.</li>
<li>X-ray certification</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities</li>
<li>Proficient in dental procedures and instrument handling</li>
<li>Thorough understanding of infection control protocols and OSHA standards</li>
