Preferable experience in AESTHETIC CLINICSArab and English speakerWe are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Telesales Specialist, who will play a key role in increasing our profitability and sales revenue through delivering a luxury sales experience.You will be a driven and consultative salesperson with excellent communication skills, strong teamwork and a passion for beauty and aesthetics.You will act in a crucial role in selling treatments and services, providing a premium customer experience, understanding the customer&rsquo;s needs and offering the best solution for their desires.In this role you will handle all the requests from new and/or existing customer and you will follow up on leads from marketing campaigns by creating a strong interaction (via call/email/ chat).Responsibilities<ul><li>Guarantee the achievement of quarterly inside sales targets.</li><li>Fulfill lead generation activity aimed to increase the customer base</li><li>Manage inbound calls (customers B2C) delivering a unique selling experience while understanding their needs and offering the right solution to reach the customer's satisfaction</li><li>Manage outbound calls to generate new business opportunities</li><li>Support our sales force on the field scheduling visits</li><li>Manage and nurture the CRM Database to ensure information is accurate and up to date</li><li>Collect and share adequate market feedback with relevant departments</li><li>Oversee the process from order to installation checking the customer satisfaction and upselling additional products or services where applicable</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2-3 years&rsquo; experience in telesales or another sales/customer service role</li><li>Bachelor degree ideally with business development experience</li><li>Excellent (phone) sales techniques and communication, interpersonal skills</li><li>Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection</li><li>Teamwork in sales-oriented environments</li><li>Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints and doubts</li><li>Long term customer relationship approach</li><li>Ability to identify process improvements</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>CRM management &ndash; knowledge of Salesforce.com is desirable</li><li>Interest and passion for technology evolution and innovation</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can you start immediatelly?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>teleseller: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
