Our mission is to provide reliable, efficient, and tailored logistics services to our clients while building long-term business partnerships.About the RoleWe are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to expand our Air Freight and Road Freight business in the UAE market. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in freight forwarding sales, a strong client network, and the ability to close deals while delivering exceptional service.Candidates with GLA (Global Logistics Alliance) or WLA (World Logistics Alliance) network experience will have a distinct advantage.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Air Freight or Road Freight services.</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.</li><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.</li><li>Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline using CRM tools.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities when required.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of sales experience in the shipping &amp; logistics industry (UAE experience preferred).</li><li>Specialization: Proven expertise in either Air Freight or Road Freight sales.</li><li>Networking: Familiarity with GLA and WLA networks is a strong advantage.</li><li>Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Other: UAE driving license is preferred; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive monthly salary: AED 6,000 &ndash; AED 8,000 (based on experience &amp; expertise).</li><li>Attractive performance-based incentives and commission structure.</li><li>Opportunity to work in a fast-growing logistics company with global connections.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Career growth opportunities and professional development support.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV along with a cover letter highlighting their relevant sales experience in Air Freight or Road Freight.Careers@maritimeimpex.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
