<ul><li>Proficient in construction supervision for industrial sheds and warehouse projects .</li><li>Strong knowledge of site execution, work sequencing, and daily activity planning.</li><li>Skilled in material management, including tracking, ordering, and ensuring timely availability of resources.</li><li>Experience in machinery &amp; equipment handling, including coordination of JCB, Boom Loader &amp; other rental equipment.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret drawings (architectural, structural &amp; fabrication).</li><li>Skilled in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and estimation.</li><li>Good understanding of quality control procedures and construction standards.</li><li>Knowledge of safety practices, hazard identification, and enforcing site safety rules.</li><li>Capable of preparing daily progress reports (DPR) and maintaining site documentation.</li><li>Effective coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and site-related software.</li><li>Manage day-to-day activities on construction sites for sheds and warehouse projects.</li><li>Supervise civil, steel fabrication, roofing, flooring, and finishing works.</li><li>Ensure execution as per drawings, technical specifications, and project schedule.</li><li>Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained.</li><li>Plan, arrange, and track materials like steel, cement, PEB components, roofing sheets, etc.</li><li>Maintain material stock registers and reduce wastage.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve shortages.</li><li>Arrange and manage rental equipment: JCB, Boom Loader, vibrators, cutting machines, etc.</li><li>Ensure safe and efficient operation of machinery on site.</li><li>Maintain equipment usage logs and coordinate with rental agencies.</li><li>Review and interpret structural &amp; architectural drawings for execution.</li><li>Identify discrepancies and report to project engineers.</li><li>Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site photos, and work logs</li><li>Assist project engineers in planning and scheduling activities.</li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams.</li><li>Support in client meetings, audits, and inspections.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
