Precision and innovation define our approach, elevating every aspect of the projectQualification:Bachelors in Administration or FinanceKey Responsibilities:1. HR &amp; Employee Management<ul><li>Assist in employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records.</li><li>Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.</li><li>Handle basic employee queries and coordinate with the HR department for policy implementation.</li></ul>2. Finance &amp; Bookkeeping<ul><li>Maintain accurate financial records and documentation of transactions.</li><li>Record day-to-day financial transactions while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.</li><li>Manage petty cash records and periodic reconciliations.</li></ul>3. Administration &amp; Office Support<ul><li>Maintain organized systems for both physical and digital document filing.</li><li>Assist in preparing timesheets and ensuring accurate timekeeping records.</li><li>Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling and correspondence.</li><li>Occasionally visit the bank for transactions, deposits, and other banking needs.</li></ul>4. Technical Skills Required<ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat PDF.</li><li>Strong clerical and organizational skills to manage documentation efficiently.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1 years of experience in HR, Admin, or Finance-related roles.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.</li><li>Prior experience in bookkeeping or financial administration is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
