We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical professional to monitor live trading accounts, conduct in-depth forex market research, and work closely with the Manager on daily trading decisions and strategy execution.This role is ideal for someone who understands forex markets beyond theory&mdash;price action, sessions, fundamentals, sentiment, and risk behavior&mdash;and can remain disciplined, alert, and objective under pressure.You will play a key role in supporting active trading operations, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring accounts are monitored with precision and responsibility.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Monitor multiple forex trading accounts in real time</li><li>Track drawdowns, exposure, open positions, and overall account health</li><li>Conduct daily and weekly forex market research (fundamentals, sentiment, technical levels)</li><li>Prepare concise market briefings and trade insights for the Manager</li><li>Assist in strategy evaluation and performance reviews</li><li>Stay updated on economic calendars, high-impact news, and macro events</li><li>Flag unusual market behavior, volatility spikes, or risk conditions</li><li>Maintain clear documentation and reporting</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Strong understanding of forex markets (pairs, sessions, volatility, news impact)</li><li>Experience with MT4 / MT5 or similar trading platforms</li><li>Ability to analyze charts, trends, and market structure</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and risk awareness</li><li>Strong communication and reporting skills</li><li>Ability to work closely with management and follow structured processes</li><li>High level of discipline, confidentiality, and reliability</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience monitoring live trading accounts</li><li>Knowledge of fundamental analysis and macroeconomic drivers</li><li>Experience with trading journals, Myfxbook, or performance analytics</li><li>Background in finance, economics, or trading (formal or self-taught)</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Direct mentorship and close collaboration with the Manager</li><li>Exposure to real-world trading operations and decision-making</li><li>Growth opportunities within trading, research, and strategy development</li><li>Performance-based growth potential</li><li>Professional and results-driven work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
