The Paint Chemist will play a key role in developing and enhancing specialized paints used in wooden pencil manufacturing. Responsibilities include conducting laboratory tests, performing quality control assessments, and utilizing analytical skills to improve paint formulations. The role focuses on achieving high levels of shine and smooth finish for both matte and gloss coatings, as well as innovating with metallic and specialty colors. It also involves research and development (R&amp;D) activities such as designing experiments, analyzing data, and ensuring that all paint products meet required specifications and industry standards.Qualifications<ul><li>Strong laboratory and analytical skills</li><li>Experience in quality control and maintaining product standards</li><li>R&amp;D capabilities, including designing and conducting experiments</li><li>Ability to develop and optimize coatings for wood surfaces (pencils) with improved shine, finish, and durability</li><li>Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field</li><li>Experience in the paint, coatings, or stationery industry is a strong plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Candidates with experience of only Paint Industry Apply - No School or University Teachers.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Master's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Paint Manufacturing: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our team.
