Mark Medical Care is a leader in the treatment of Varicose Veins. MMC Vein and Body Aesthetic Centers are located in New York, with offices in Deer Park, Medford, Freeport and Queens. This position is mainly for our Washington Heights location and may be needed at other locations as needed.Bilingual Spanish Medical Front Desk Associate - Full-Time positionDuties include but are not limited to the following:<ul><li>Answers, screens, and directs calls on multi-line phone system; takes detailed messages and/or forwards telephone calls to appropriate practitioner, voicemail, or pager.</li><li>Schedules patient appointments.</li><li>Clears messages each morning and delivers to appropriate practitioner.</li><li>Composes and types routine correspondence, as required.</li><li>Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing, as required.</li><li>Organizes and maintains file system, files correspondence and other records.</li><li>Orders and maintains supplies, arranges for equipment maintenance, and keeps reception area organize.</li><li>Inputs patient information and demographics into computer system.</li><li>Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.</li><li>Provides account information to patients including but not limited to account balances, histories.</li><li>Provides timely resolution of patient complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
