Creative LeadDepartment : Marketing Company: Mark &amp; Save Hypermarket Job Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Creative Lead to join our retail marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the brand&rsquo;s creative vision across all marketing, digital, and in-store touchpoints. This role focuses on developing compelling visual assets that support promotions, store branding, and customer engagement while ensuring strong brand consistency across platforms..Key Responsibilities:Creative &amp; Brand Development<ul><li>Lead flyer and promotion theme creation for campaigns and seasonal offers.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and execute branding artworks aligned with the brand&rsquo;s visual identity.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all creative outputs.</li></ul>In-Store &amp; Retail Design<ul><li>Design in-store promotion VM assets including posters, standees, shelf talkers, danglers, and signage.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle new store branding including interior, exterior, and promotional visuals.</li></ul><ul><li>Enhance customer experience through effective retail visual storytelling.</li></ul>Digital &amp; Social Media<ul><li>Create engaging social media posts for marketing and promotional activities.</li></ul><ul><li>Support digital campaigns with visually compelling creatives.</li></ul>_ Campaign &amp; Marketing Support_<ul><li>Provide flyer design support, adaptations, and revisions as required.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with printers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.</li></ul><ul><li>Review and approve creative materials to maintain quality standards.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Creative Lead / Senior Graphic Designer, preferably in retail or FMCG.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong conceptual and visual design skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Skills in photography and video editing for marketing and promotional content.</li></ul><ul><li>5+ Years Experience in retail, hypermarket, or supermarket chains.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of print production and vendor coordination.</li></ul><ul><li>Basic motion graphics knowledge is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
