Compensation:<ul><li>
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $31.00/hr.</li><li>
All service team members who participate in the on-call rotation receive an additional $3.00/hour incentive for all hours worked while on-call.</li><li>
Additional hourly pay for EPA, CPO, and OSHA certifications.***</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>A minimum of 5 years working as a Maintenance Manager or similar in multi-family housing is required.</li><li>
Advanced knowledge in the following areas is required: Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape Maintenance, Appliances, and OSHA-related standards.</li><li>
One or more industry specific professional certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA or similar).</li><li>
Service orientation.</li><li>
Basic computer skills.</li><li>
Three or more years' experience working as a Maintenance Technician, Apartment Turn Technician, Service Technician, Make-Ready Technician, or Work Order Technician.</li><li>
A basic understanding of written and verbal English.</li></ul>
In This Role You Will:<ul><li>
Serve as the leader for the team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers.</li><li>
Oversee and execute the hands-on maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community.</li><li>
Perform consistent inspections, diagnosing problems, and making necessary repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, dry walling, appliances, and exterior structures.</li><li>
Manage the daily inventory of apartment homes in order to support leasing efforts, including managing the Make-Ready, Turn Board.</li><li>
Schedule contractors and vendors as needed.</li><li>
Inspect the property for safety hazards that may pose a liability and correct the hazards.</li><li>
Share rotating on-call duty with service team members and readily available to go the property after hours if needed and in uniform/badge.</li><li>
Complete Weekly Service Report in a timely manner.</li><li>
Adhere to Mark-Taylor safety protocols, programs, policies and procedures.</li><li>
Participate in training classes.</li><li>
Train and mentor Service Technician and Facilities Technicians.</li><li>
Keep accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, work orders, inspections, inventories, pool chemical logs, make-ready and turn units.</li><li>
Maintain excellent customer service and positive rapport with all residents and team members.</li><li>
Capital project oversight, bidding, and execution.</li></ul>

Compensation<ul><li>
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $25.50/hour.</li><li>
In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in Luxury Property Management or Luxury Hospitality as an Assistant Community Manager, Senior Leasing Consultant, or similar titles.</li><li>
Intermediate to advanced understanding of general accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting.</li><li>
Demonstrated coaching and development ability.</li><li>
Associate's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>
Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills and professional presence.</li><li>
Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable</li><li>
A basic understanding of written and verbal English</li></ul>
In This Role You Will<ul><li>
Manage various community-specific accounting activities, such as daily bank deposits, record collection activity, daily input of rental payments, weekly reports, monthly financials, and ensuring apartment homes are ready for move-in.</li><li>
Ensure all proper legal documents are processed and properly served to the resident(s).</li><li>
Assist in lease transactions by preparing leases, gathering applicants' history, credit approvals, proofreading all lease paperwork, processing move-ins and move-outs and cancellations, preparing resident lease renewal letters and lease renewal paperwork.</li><li>
Respond promptly to concerns, questions, and requests while taking appropriate action to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.</li><li>
Knowledgably respond to inquiries about the community, repairs, rent, and policies.</li><li>
Contribute to community cleanliness and curb appeal on an ongoing basis.</li><li>
Assist in planning and participating in resident functions as directed by the Community Manager.</li><li>
Assist with all leasing responsibilities as needed.</li></ul>
