Record responses and any relevant notes or observations accurately. Adhere to project deadlines and quotas while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with the project team to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the interviewing process. Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive information. Requirements: Proficiency in English or any other language is a required. Strong verbal communication skills with clear diction and excellent phone etiquette. Active listening skills and the ability to ask relevant probing questions. Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with respondents. Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately record information. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Comfortable using CATI software and computer systems.
