A n individual with experience in sales and digital marketing recruitment, specifically for both high-volume and specialized roles. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one plus years of end-to-end recruitment experience and excellent in communication skills.<br>

</b></p><ul><li>Track and analyse recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

</li><li>Experience in utilizing recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing tools.
