 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Make outbound calls to potential marketing leads.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document lead information accurately in the CRM system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule follow-up appointments or pass leads to the sales team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet daily and weekly call targets to ensure consistent lead generation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills in English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous cold calling or telemarketing experience (preferred but not required).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships over the phone.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry (preferred but not required).
 </li>
 <li>
 Availability to work during USA business hours (night shifts in Pakistan).
 </li>
