With 40+ clients spanning multiple industries, we thrive in high-volume environments while providing personalized strategies that drive measurable growth.Position Overview The Account Supervisor will serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, overseeing day-to-day client relationships while ensuring flawless execution of marketing strategies. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is also a strong communicator and project manager, capable of juggling multiple client accounts simultaneously. You&rsquo;ll work closely with the Marketing Director to translate client objectives into actionable campaigns, manage delivery timelines, and proactively identify opportunities for client growth.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Strategy &amp; Communication<ul><li>Partner with the Marketing Director to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies tailored to client objectives.</li><li>Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to support client growth.</li><li>Lead regular client meetings, present campaign performance, and provide strategic recommendations.</li></ul>Project &amp; Campaign Management<ul><li>Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.</li><li>Coordinate with creative, paid media, social, SEO, email, and web development teams to ensure flawless execution across all channels.</li><li>Anticipate challenges, flag risks early, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.</li><li>Ensure all client deliverables align with brand standards, KPIs, and agency quality benchmarks.</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Team Collaboration<ul><li>Support junior account staff, providing mentorship and guidance on client management best practices.</li><li>Act as a resource for team members to resolve issues, prioritize workload, and streamline workflows.</li><li>Collaborate closely with department leads to ensure smooth communication between strategy, creative, and execution teams.</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Translate campaign data into actionable insights, highlighting wins and areas of improvement for both clients and internal leadership.</li><li>Develop clear, client-facing performance reports and ensure KPIs are being met or exceeded.</li><li>Work with analytics and media teams to recommend optimizations across campaigns.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>6&ndash;8 years of experience in account management, client services, or marketing strategy within an advertising or marketing agency.</li><li>Proven track record of managing multiple high-volume accounts simultaneously.</li><li>Strong background in marketing strategy across channels such as social media, email, SEO, paid media, and creative campaigns.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.</li><li>Strong project management skills, with proficiency in tools such as Basecamp, Asana, or similar.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into insights and strategy.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-client environment and remain detail-oriented under pressure.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience.</li><li>401(k) and other benefits.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth in a fast-scaling agency.</li><li>A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and results.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: Remote
